Product Description

Efficient condenser is a device used for cooling and condensing gaseous substances, commonly used in industries such as air conditioning, refrigeration, chemical, petrochemical, and food processing. According to different working principles and structural characteristics, high-efficiency condensers can be divided into the following categories:
1. Shell and tube condenser: Shell and tube condenser is a common high-efficiency condenser composed of tubes and shells. Gaseous substances flow in the tube, while cooling medium flows in the shell, cooling and condensing the gaseous substances through heat transfer between the tubes and shells.
2. Condensation tower: A condensation tower is a vertical condenser that typically uses water as the cooling medium. Gaseous substances enter the condensation tower from the top and undergo heat exchange with water through the filling and water spraying inside the tower, ultimately cooling and condensing.
3. Heat exchange tube condenser: A heat exchange tube condenser is a device that flows gaseous substances and cooling media in different pipelines, and achieves cooling and condensation through the heat transfer of the pipe wall. Due to the high heat transfer efficiency between pipelines, heat exchange tube condensers typically have high cooling efficiency.
4. Liquid condenser: A liquid condenser is a device that cools and condenses gaseous substances by spraying or soaking them in coolant. Commonly used coolants include water, ethylene glycol, oil, and coolant. Liquid condensers usually have the advantages of simple structure and easy operation.
Classification of vertical condenser:
It can be divided into carbon steel vertical condenser and stainless steel vertical condenser according to material, reflux vertical condenser, shell tube vertical condenser and distillation vertical condenser according to form, and single tube pass condenser, double tube pass condenser and multi tube pass condenser according to structure.
