The working principle of the condenser is that the gas passes through a long tube (usually coiled into a solenoid) to let the heat escape to the surrounding air. Metals such as copper have strong thermal conductivity and are often used to transport steam. In order to improve the efficiency of the condenser, heat sinks with excellent heat conduction performance are often attached to the pipes to increase the heat dissipation area to accelerate heat dissipation, and air convection is accelerated through the fan to take away heat.
The condenser is a heat releasing device, which transfers the heat absorbed in the evaporator to the cooling medium together with the heat converted by the compressor work. The throttle valve plays the role of throttling and depressurizing the refrigerant, controls and regulates the amount of refrigerant liquid flowing into the evaporator, and divides the system into two parts: the high-pressure side and the low-pressure side.
In the refrigeration system, the evaporator, condenser, compressor and throttle valve are the four major components in the refrigeration system, among which the evaporator is the equipment for conveying cooling capacity. The refrigerant absorbs the heat of the cooled object to achieve refrigeration. The compressor is the heart, which plays the role of inhaling, compressing and transporting refrigerant vapor.
Classification of condenser:
It can be divided into carbon steel vertical condenser and stainless steel vertical condenser according to material, reflux vertical condenser, shell tube vertical condenser and distillation vertical condenser according to form, and single tube pass condenser, double tube pass condenser and multi tube pass condenser according to structure.
