The evaporator for pharmaceutical wastewater is mainly used to treat industrial saline wastewater through a multi effect evaporation process. Its working principle mainly includes the following steps:
1. Heating and evaporation: The heater inside the evaporator heats the wastewater to quickly evaporate. During the evaporation process, the water in the heated wastewater is separated to form water vapor.
2. Condensation: The evaporated water vapor condenses into water in the condenser, which transfers heat from the water vapor to the water, allowing it to be reused for evaporation.
3. Multi effect evaporation: Through the cascade action of multiple evaporators and condensers, multiple evaporation and condensation of wastewater can be achieved, thereby improving the concentration of the solution.
4. MVR evaporation technology: MVR (mechanical steam re compression) evaporation technology is an efficient and energy-saving technology. It compresses and heats the secondary steam generated during the evaporation process through a compressor, increasing its temperature and pressure, and then uses it as a heat source again for the evaporation process, thereby reducing the demand for external energy.
5. Separation and recovery: During the evaporation process, inorganic salts and some organic matter can be separated by crystallization, and these substances can be recycled and reused. Desalinated water (which may contain trace amounts of low boiling organic matter) can be returned to the production system to replace softened water for utilization.
