The floating head end structure of a new type of floating head heat exchanger includes a cylinder, outer cover side flange, floating head tube plate, hook ring, floating head cover, outer cover, screw hole, steel ring, etc. It is characterized in that there is a concave or trapezoidal sealing surface on the inner side of the outer cover side flange, and dry screws are drilled or welded on the outer side near the sealing surface to evenly distribute it. The hook ring and related parts are removed at the floating head to seal the floating head tube plate.
Drill holes between concave and trapezoidal grooves, evenly thread or weld several screws, and set the floating head flange as a double seal with convex and trapezoidal bosses, and set a wide face flange with the same end face. The convex, trapezoidal bosses, and partition plates are matched with the concave, trapezoidal grooves, and partition plates of the floating head tube plate, respectively. The floating head flange and the non blue spherical head are welded into a floating head cover, and the flange screw holes are matched with the screw holes or screws of the floating head tube plate. Use bolts or nuts to tighten and compress the concave, trapezoidal, half groove, and gasket of the floating head tube plate. If necessary, the structure can appropriately increase the thickness and diameter of the floating head tube plate and the inner diameter of the cylinder, while changing and increasing the size of relevant parts accordingly. In addition, there is also an auxiliary steel ring that is not subjected to external forces, and the inner diameter of the steel ring is greater than the outer diameter of the floating head tube plate. One end of the steel ring is connected to the concave or trapezoidal sealing surface on the inner side of the outer cover flange for sealing, and the other end is sealed with the original groove and gasket or outer circle of the floating head tube plate through the flange or other structure.
