The Nitrogen Deoxo Vessel (also known as an Oxygen Removal Tower or Deoxo Unit) is a precision-engineered, fixed-bed catalytic reactor designed for the highly efficient removal of trace oxygen (O₂) from nitrogen (N₂) streams. Utilizing catalytic oxidation technology, it combines residual oxygen with precisely dosed hydrogen (H₂) to form water vapor (H₂O), delivering ultra-low-oxygen, high-purity nitrogen gas essential for demanding industrial and research applications.

TRANSPORTATION
Given the substantial dimensions of our pressure vessels, which often exceed 20,000mm (787") x 3500mm (137") x 3500mm (137") or weigh more than 40T, transportation by truck is impractical. To overcome this, we partner with a nearby port. Initially, we transport the segmented devices via truck to the port. There, we expertly weld the pieces together, forming a complete unit. This full equipment is then shipped to the Shanghai port, ready for export across the seas.
