Product Description

Catalyst configuration kettle is a chemical equipment mainly used for catalyst configuration and treatment. In many chemical reactions, catalysts play a crucial role in increasing reaction rate, reducing reaction temperature, saving energy, and improving product quality. Therefore, the configuration and treatment process of catalysts have an important impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of the entire chemical reaction.
The composition structure mainly consists of: kettle body, agitator, heater, cooler, inlet, outlet, and other parts. Its working principle is to fully mix the catalyst and reaction medium through a stirrer, adjust the reaction temperature through a heater and cooler, and enter and exit materials through the feed and discharge ports.

The main uses include:
1. Configuration and processing of catalysts: Through the catalyst configuration kettle, precise configuration and processing of catalysts can be carried out to meet the needs of different chemical reactions.
2. Conduct catalytic reaction: The catalyst configuration kettle can not only be used for configuring and processing catalysts, but also for conducting catalytic reactions. In the kettle, the catalyst and reaction medium are thoroughly mixed and reacted to produce the required product.
3. Separation and recovery of catalysts: After the reaction is completed, the catalyst configuration kettle can also be used to separate and recover catalysts, in order to reduce catalyst loss and save costs.


The working principle of catalyst configuration kettle is to add raw materials to the kettle body at a certain temperature and pressure, and through the stirring effect of the stirrer, the raw materials are fully mixed with the catalyst for catalytic reaction. During the reaction process, the heater provides heat to maintain the reaction temperature, while the cooler adjusts the temperature inside the kettle as needed. When the reaction reaches the expected effect, the catalyst configuration kettle will automatically stop running.
