Robust Tubular Bundle Design:
Constructed with a meticulously arranged bundle of tubes, either straight or U-tube (multi-pass), sealed within a cylindrical shell. This design provides a large surface area for highly effective heat exchange.
Tubes are securely fastened to the tube sheets using expanded or welded joints, guaranteeing integrity under extreme thermal cycling and pressure differentials.
Superior Materials of Construction:
We offer a comprehensive selection of materials to match your specific process media and environmental conditions. Standard options include Stainless Steel (304, 316L), Duplex Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Titanium, Hastelloy, and Copper-Nickel Alloys.
Optimized Flow Configuration:
Configurable for counter-current, co-current, or cross-flow operation. The standard counter-current flow is highly recommended for maximizing the Log Mean Temperature Difference (LMTD), leading to a more compact and efficient design.
Anti-Fouling & Easy Maintenance Design:
A removable tube bundle and a floating head design (where applicable) allow for easy access to both shell and tube sides. This facilitates straightforward mechanical cleaning, inspection, and maintenance, drastically reducing downtime.
Tube pitch and layout can be optimized to minimize fouling and allow for the passage of larger particulates.

Customizable Baffle Configuration:
Strategically placed segmental or helical baffles within the shell side direct flow across the tube bundle, enhancing turbulence and heat transfer efficiency. The baffle design, spacing, and cut are customized to achieve the perfect balance between heat transfer and permissible pressure drop.
