High pressure reactor features and uses:
The reaction kettle is a container used to complete chemical reactions, suitable for various reaction conditions, and can be used for chemical reactions of various materials under high temperature and high pressure. Reactors are widely used in petroleum, chemical, rubber, pesticides, dyes, medicine, and food to complete processes such as vulcanization, nitration, hydrogenation, alkylation, polymerization, and condensation. The reaction kettle is the basic equipment of the raw material pharmaceutical factory. For the mutual reaction between several raw materials, the purification of the raw materials, the reaction kettle can provide the environment, temperature, pressure, etc. required for the reaction.
The basic features of the reactor:
The materials, stirring device, heating method, shaft seal structure, volume, temperature, pressure, etc. used in the reaction kettle are different.
(1) Structure: The basic structure of the reaction kettle includes the kettle body, the kettle cover, the jacket, the agitator, the transmission device, the shaft sealing device, the support, etc. In addition to the reaction kettle, there are also transmission devices, stirring and heating or cooling devices, etc., which can improve the heat transfer conditions and control the reaction temperature more uniformly.
(2) Operating pressure: The operating pressure of the reactor is relatively high. The pressure in the reactor is generated by chemical reaction or formed by temperature increase. The pressure fluctuates greatly, and sometimes the operation is unstable. The sudden pressure increase may exceed the normal pressure by several times. Therefore, most of the reactors are high pressure vessel.
