The Methanol Distillation Column is engineered for continuous separation, dehydration and purification of methanol from crude methanol, solvent mixtures or process recycle streams. Available with sieve/valve/bubble-cap trays or structured/random packing, the column integrates reboiler, condenser, reflux drum, and control instruments to deliver on-spec product purity (e.g., ≥99.9 wt% MeOH or low-water ppm targets). Designs cover atmospheric or vacuum operation, with heat-integration options to cut steam consumption.
