The rinsing tower is a new type of gas purification treatment equipment. It is improved on the basis of a floating packing layer gas purifier and is widely used in pre-treatment of industrial waste gas purification, dust removal, and other aspects, with good purification effects.
Working principle: The innovative washing solution is dispersed into fine droplets via a nozzle, creating a uniform downward spray. Dust-laden gas enters from the base of the tower, ascending in a counter-flow. The two phases interact, allowing dust particles and water droplets to collide and coalesce, significantly increasing mass and facilitating gravity-induced settling. Captured dust gravitates to the storage tank, forming a concentrated sludge at the base, which is systematically discharged for additional processing. The process ingeniously recycles a portion of the clarified liquid, blending it with minimal fresh liquid, and reintroduces it through the top nozzles for continuous spray washing, powered by a circulation pump. This efficient recycling minimizes liquid consumption and enhances secondary wastewater treatment capacity, contributing to sustainable operations. The purified gas, now cleansed and free of impurities, exits the tower's summit after residual droplets are efficiently removed by a high-performance defoamer.
