The rinsing tower is a new type of gas purification treatment equipment. It is improved on the basis of a floating packing layer gas purifier and is widely used in pre-treatment of industrial waste gas purification, dust removal, and other aspects, with good purification effects.
Working principle: The washing solution is atomized into small droplets through a nozzle and evenly sprayed downwards. Dust containing gas enters from the lower part of the washing tower and flows from bottom to top. The two come into contact in reverse flow, using the contact and collision between dust particles and water droplets to condense or agglomerate between them, greatly increasing their weight and settling down by gravity. The captured dust settles by gravity in the storage tank, forming a high solid concentration liquid at the bottom and is regularly discharged for further treatment. Part of the clarified liquid can be recycled, and together with a small amount of supplementary clear liquid, it enters the rinsing tower for spray washing through the top nozzle of the tower through a circulation pump. This reduces the consumption of liquids and the treatment capacity of secondary wastewater. The purified gas after spray washing is discharged from the top of the tower after removing the small liquid droplets carried by the gas through the defoamer.
