1. Raw Material: Seamless steel tube conforming to ASTM A-519 or ASTM A-29 AISI 4130 standard. Quality certificates provided with delivery.
2. Ultrasonic Testing: Tested according to AMS-STD-2154 Class AA, with inspection report provided.
3. Heat Treatment: Quenched and tempered, hardness controlled at HRC 30-32. Process report and batch test records provided.
4. Hardness Test Sample: Supplied for each heat treatment batch.
5. Surface Protection: Treated with anti-rust oil. Surface free of scratches, dents, magnetic particles or mechanical damage. All sharp edges and burrs removed.
