Product Description

A medical high-pressure reactor is a device used for conducting chemical reactions under high-pressure conditions. According to different classification standards, medical high-pressure reactors can be divided into the following categories:

1. Classification by reaction mode:

-Batch reactor: used for batch reaction, which is a reaction that stops after a single feeding, reaction, and product collection.

-Continuous reactor: used for continuous reaction, that is, continuous feeding, reaction, and continuous collection of products.

-Semi continuous reactor: It combines the characteristics of batch reactors and continuous reactors, allowing for a certain degree of continuous reaction.

2. Classification by reaction medium:

-Gas-liquid phase reactor: suitable for reaction systems in gas and liquid phases, controlling reaction conditions through the inflow and outflow of gases.

-Liquid-liquid phase reactor: Suitable for liquid and liquid phase reaction systems, promoting the reaction process through stirring or other means.

3. Classification based on reaction pressure:

-Low pressure reactor: suitable for low reaction pressure situations, generally within the range of 1-10MPa.

-Medium pressure reactor: suitable for situations with moderate reaction pressure, generally within the range of 10-50MPa.

-High pressure reactor: suitable for situations with high reaction pressure, generally within the range of 50-100MPa.

4. Classification based on reaction temperature:

-Low temperature reactor: suitable for low reaction temperatures, generally below -100 ºC.

-Medium temperature reactor: suitable for moderate reaction temperatures, generally between -100 ºC and 100 ºC.

-High temperature reactor: suitable for high reaction temperatures, usually above 100 ºC.
