The EMC product tower condenser is a device used for cooling and condensing steam or gas. It usually consists of a tower structure with cooling medium (usually water) and a cooler inside. When steam or gas passes through the tower condenser, they come into contact with the cooling medium and cool, causing the steam or gas to condense into a liquid.
According to its structure and working principle, tower condensers can be divided into the following categories:
1. Cooling tower condenser: This type of condenser usually adopts a tower structure, where the cooling medium flows in from the top and steam or gas enters from the bottom. The cooling medium comes into contact with steam or gas through the packing or cooler inside the tower, achieving cooling and condensation.
2. Water cooled condenser: This type of condenser uses water as the cooling medium, and steam or gas comes into contact with water through the cooler to cool and condense.
3. Air cooled condenser: This type of condenser uses air as the cooling medium, and steam or gas comes into contact with the air through the cooler to cool and condense.
