The working principle of the secondary condenser of the alkalization kettle is to use cooling water or cooling medium to cool the steam. When steam passes through the condenser, the temperature of the steam will decrease, reaching a saturated state, and then condense into a liquid state, achieving the purpose of cooling and condensation. The main structure includes the condenser body, cooling pipes, air inlet, air outlet, cooling water inlet and outlet, and other parts. Among them, the main body of the condenser is usually made of corrosion-resistant materials to ensure stability and durability during the alkalization process.
The secondary condenser of alkalization kettle is mainly used in the chemical industry, especially in fields such as petrochemical, fertilizer production, pesticide production, and dye production. This equipment is mainly used for condensing high-temperature and high-pressure gases generated during the alkalization reaction process, cooling them into liquids for subsequent treatment and utilization.
