Conical stirred tank is a common industrial equipment, which is mainly used for mixing, stirring and storing toast, lotion and other fluid materials. According to its structure, purpose, and working principle, it can be divided into the following categories:
1. Classification by material: It can be divided into stainless steel conical mixing tanks, plastic conical mixing tanks, fiberglass conical mixing tanks, etc. Different materials are suitable for different working environments and storage substances.
2. Classification by structure: It can be divided into open conical mixing tanks, closed conical mixing tanks, jacket conical mixing tanks, etc. Open stirred tanks are easy to operate and clean, but are not suitable for substances that require sealing or corrosive properties. Closed and jacketed mixing tanks can provide better sealing and insulation.
3. Classification by mixing method: It can be divided into mechanical mixing, pneumatic mixing, magnetic mixing, etc. Mechanical mixing has high efficiency, but it has high noise and maintenance costs. Pneumatic stirring and magnetic stirring have low noise, low maintenance costs, but low efficiency.
4. Classification by purpose: It can be divided into chemical cone shaped mixing tanks, food cone shaped mixing tanks, pharmaceutical cone shaped mixing tanks, etc. Different industries have different requirements for mixing tanks, such as the food and pharmaceutical industries, which have higher requirements for materials and cleanliness.
