The cooler is the main equipment in the compressed air system, which can cool the high-temperature compressed air generated by the air compressor and remove a large amount of water from the compressed air. This product has two series: air-cooled and water-cooled. The air-cooled type is easy to install, has low operating costs, and is suitable for areas with insufficient water resources; The water-cooled type has small size, high cooling efficiency, and can be used in high temperature, high humidity, and dusty environments.

Structural principle of the cooler:

1. When the air contacts the surface of the cooler, there is a temperature difference between the surface of the cooler and the air. According to the principle of heat transfer, the heat of the air will be transferred to the refrigerant inside the tube through the surface of the cooler, and the temperature of the air can be reduced.

2. When the surface temperature of the cooler is lower than the dew point temperature of the treated air, the water vapor in the air is condensed to achieve cooling and dehumidification.
