Catalyst configuration kettle is a type of equipment used for catalyst configuration, mainly used to mix catalysts with carriers or other additives to form granular or blocky catalysts.
According to different purposes and process requirements, it can be divided into the following categories:
1. Catalyst carrier configuration: Used to mix catalyst carriers (such as activated carbon, alumina, etc.) with other additives (such as active substances, stabilizers, etc.) to form catalyst carrier particles.
2. Catalyst activation: Used to react the catalyst carrier with active substances (such as metal salt solutions) to activate the catalyst and form active sites.
3. Catalyst regeneration: Used to regenerate used catalyst carriers, remove adsorbed impurities or waste, and restore catalyst activity.
4. Catalyst modification: Used to modify the prepared catalyst, such as adding additives, changing the catalyst structure, etc., to improve the performance of the catalyst or adapt to specific reaction conditions.
