Reactor is a comprehensive reaction vessel, which is designed according to the reaction conditions in terms of structure, function and configuration of accessories. From the beginning of the feeding reaction discharge process, the predetermined reaction steps can be completed with a high degree of automation, and the temperature, pressure, mechanical control (stirring, blowing, etc.), reactants/products concentration and other important parameters of the reaction process can be strictly controlled. Its structure generally consists of kettle, transmission device, stirring device, heating device, cooling device and sealing device. The corresponding supporting auxiliary equipment are: fractionation tower, condenser, water separator, collection tank, filter, etc.. Reactor materials generally include carbon manganese steel, stainless steel, zirconium, nickel-based (Hastelloy, Monel alloy) alloys and other composite materials. The reactor can be made of stainless steel materials, such as SUS304 and SUS316L. The stirrer can be anchor type, frame type, paddle type, turbine type, scraper type, combined type, and the rotating mechanism can be cycloid speed reducer, stepless speed reducer, or frequency conversion speed regulation to meet the special reaction requirements of various materials. The sealing device can adopt mechanical seal, packing seal and other sealing structure. Heating and cooling can be jacketed, half-pipe, coil, Miller plate and other structures. Heating methods include steam, electric heating, heat-conducting oil, etc. to meet the process requirements of different working environments, such as acid-resistant, high-temperature-resistant, abrasion-resistant, corrosion-resistant and so on.
