Audited Supplier Horizontal oil tank is a long container used to store crude oil, vegetable oil, chemical solvents, water, or other petroleum products. Horizontal oil tanks are composed of end caps, horizontal circular or elliptical tank walls, and saddles, usually used in production processes or gas stations. The volume of horizontal oil tanks is generally less than 100 cubic meters, and they are generally circular, elliptical, and have other irregular shapes.
The tank body includes:
(1) a groove surface of the first circumferential joint welded to the external pipeline;
(2) The first threaded joint end face of the threaded connection;
(3) The first flange sealing surface of the flange connection;
(4) The first sealing surface connected by a dedicated connector or pipe fitting;
(5) The connection weld between non pressure bearing components and storage tanks.
