Material properties:
In practical application, the heat exchange effect of a heat exchanger is closely related to the material and process characteristics of the heat exchanger. During the concentration process of materials, solutes or impurities often deposit and precipitate on the heating surface, forming a scale layer that affects heat transfer; Some solutes are heat sensitive and tend to deteriorate if they stay at high temperatures for too long; Some materials have high corrosiveness or viscosity, etc.

The titanium heat exchanger is made of high-quality titanium tubes. In terms of physical properties, titanium tubes have various advantages such as light weight and superior mechanical properties. Titanium has high strength, with pure titanium having a tensile strength of up to 180kq/mm2. Some steels have higher strength than titanium alloys, but the specific strength (ratio of tensile strength to density) of titanium alloys exceeds that of high-quality steels.
