The cooling water tank is composed of components such as a water pump, water alternating radiator, cooling fan, water alternating system, water level indicator, etc.
Working principle: The cold water stored in the water tank is sucked into an alternating system by a water pump. After passing through the equipment to be cooled and exerting its cooling effect, it flows out water with a higher temperature. After being cooled by a water radiator and cooling fan, a new cycle is added again.
Chemical cold water tanks are mainly used for cooling and storage of cooling media in industrial production processes, and their classification and use are as follows:
1. Cooling water tank: used to cool industrial equipment or heat generated during production processes, such as cooling engines, cooling reactors, etc.
2. Cooling storage tank: used to store cooling media, such as coolant, coolant, etc., for cooling needs in industrial production processes.
3. Cooling tower water tank: used for storing cooling water in the cooling tower system to ensure the normal operation of the cooling tower system.
4. Cooling equipment supporting water tank: used to support various cooling equipment, such as cooling pumps, coolers, etc., to provide cooling media.
5. Cooling circulating system water tank: used for circulating cooling systems in industrial production processes, such as cooling circulating pumps, cooling circulators, etc., to ensure the normal operation of the circulating system.
