Product Description

 

The reactor is composed of a kettle body, a kettle cover, a jacket, a stirrer, a transmission device, a shaft seal device, and a support. The stirring forms generally include paddle type, impeller type, turbine type, propeller type, or frame type, etc. When the height of the stirring device is relatively large, multi-layer stirring blades can be used, or it can be selected according to the user's requirements. A jacket is provided outside the kettle wall, or a heat exchange surface is provided inside the equipment, or heat exchange can be carried out through external circulation. The heating methods include electric heating, hot water heating, heat transfer oil circulation heating, far-infrared heating, external (internal) coil heating, etc. The cooling methods include jacket cooling and kettle inner coil cooling, as well as the form of the stirrer blades. The support seat has a support type or ear type support, etc. When the speed exceeds 160 revolutions, a gear reducer should be used. The number, size, or other requirements of the openings can be designed and manufactured according to the user's requirements.

 

Product Description

     1)   Equipment is applicable to the evaporation and concentration of materials, and the final product becomes a solid crystal of a certain size.

     2)   The feed liquid is heated rapidly through a forced circulation pump and then enters the evaporation separator directly through a tangential inlet at the top, resulting in good gas-liquid separation.

     3)   With compact structure the equipemt ocupy smaller area having stable operating capability.

     4)   Convienient in operation and also easy to inspect and clean

     5)   Mechanical strength is sufficient and low consumption in mental use. Single or Multi evaporation unit is designable as per material feature and amount of evaporation. The equipment is suitable for solution with crystallization precipitation and widely applicable in chemical industry, Smelting in metal mining,          pickling waste liquid in large steel plants, wet desulfurization waste liquid treatment in power plants, etc.
