Product Description

The titanium dioxide precipitation tank is a device used for preparing titanium dioxide (TIO2), which typically involves converting titanium compounds into titanium dioxide precipitates through chemical reactions. Here are some common precipitation methods:

1. Direct precipitation method: Add a precipitant to a solution containing titanium ions to form insoluble hydroxide precipitates, and then decompose them by heating to obtain titanium dioxide.

2. Uniform precipitation method: By chemical reaction, the precipitant is slowly generated in the solution to avoid excessive local concentration and obtain uniformly sized titanium dioxide.

3. Hydrothermal precipitation method: The reaction is carried out in an autoclave, and nanoscale titanium dioxide is prepared through a recrystallization process under high temperature and high pressure conditions.
