Fabricated from premium pharmaceutical-grade stainless steel (316L/304L), the tank meets stringent GMP, FDA, and EU Annex 1 compliance requirements, ensuring absolute material traceability and contamination-free operation in sterile production environments.  

The integrated jacketed design enables uniform thermal regulation for heating or cooling applications, supporting precise temperature control during dissolution, crystallization, or API synthesis. Equipped with a high-efficiency agitation system, the tank features customizable impeller configurations (anchor/paddle/turbine) to optimize mixing dynamics for viscous suspensions, shear-sensitive biologics, or multiphase formulations.  

Advanced automation integrates PID-controlled heating circuits, real-time viscosity monitoring, and CIP/SIP (Clean-in-Place/Sterilize-in-Place) compatibility, streamlining validation protocols and reducing downtime. The polished electropolished interior (Ra ≤0.4μm) and tri-clamp fittings ensure seamless cleanability, while the ASME-coded pressure-rated jacket guarantees safety in steam or thermal fluid applications.  

Ideal for vaccine production, cell culture media preparation, or sterile buffer compounding, this customizable solution offers modular scalability, with optional upgrades including nitrogen inerting systems, PAT integration, or explosion-proof certification for solvent handling.

TRANSPORTATION
Given the substantial dimensions of our pressure vessels, which often exceed 20,000mm (787") x 3500mm (137") x 3500mm (137") or weigh more than 40T, transportation by truck is impractical. To overcome this, we partner with a nearby port. Initially, we transport the segmented devices via truck to the port. There, we expertly weld the pieces together, forming a complete unit. This full equipment is then shipped to the Shanghai port, ready for export across the seas.
