Product Description

Liquid Nitrogen Buffer Tank (Liquid Nitrogen Buffer Tank) is a pressure vessel for storing and stabilizing the supply of liquid nitrogen (-196°C), which is widely used in the fields of chemical industry, pharmaceuticals, electronics and low-temperature experiments.
Main features:
Material: austenitic stainless steel (e.g. 304/316L) is used for the inner liner, carbon steel or stainless steel for the outer wall, and the middle is filled with adiabatic material (e.g. pearlescent sand or vacuum multi-layer adiabatic structure) to ensure the insulation of ultra-low temperature.
Design pressure: usually 0.8~2.5MPa, in accordance with ASME BPVC or GB/T 150 standard, equipped with safety valve, pressure gauge and liquid level meter.
Function: Balance the system pressure fluctuation, avoid pressure surge when liquid nitrogen is vaporized, ensure stable delivery.
Adiabatic performance: daily evaporation rate ≤ 0.3%, reduce the loss of liquid nitrogen.
Application: Used for air separation equipment, semiconductor cooling, biological sample storage, etc.

TRANSPORTATION
Given the substantial dimensions of our pressure vessels, which often exceed 20,000mm (787") x 3500mm (137") x 3500mm (137") or weigh more than 40T, transportation by truck is impractical. To overcome this, we partner with a nearby port. Initially, we transport the segmented devices via truck to the port. There, we expertly weld the pieces together, forming a complete unit. This full equipment is then shipped to the Shanghai port, ready for export across the seas.
