Hastelloy (Hastelloy) condensation kettle is designed for high corrosive, high temperature and high pressure condensation reaction, using Hastelloy C-276/B-2/X and other top alloys, which can resist concentrated acid, halide, organic solvents and other extreme working conditions, and it is the core reaction equipment in the field of chemical industry, pharmacy, new energy and other fields.
Extreme corrosion resistance - resistant to hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid and other strong acid corrosion, solving the problem of intergranular corrosion of stainless steel kettle body.
High temperature and high pressure stability - design pressure up to 10MPa, temperature range -200ºC~1200ºC (depending on the alloy model).
Customized structure - optional jacket/coil heating, anchor/turbine stirring, explosion-proof design and other configurations.
Long life and low maintenance - the passivation film property of Hastelloy significantly reduces the equipment loss rate.
Compared with glass lined kettle: no risk of porcelain layer peeling off, heat conduction efficiency is improved by 3 times, compared with 316L stainless steel: service life is extended by 5-8 times.

TRANSPORTATION
Given the substantial dimensions of our pressure vessels, which often exceed 20,000mm (787") x 3500mm (137") x 3500mm (137") or weigh more than 40T, transportation by truck is impractical. To overcome this, we partner with a nearby port. Initially, we transport the segmented devices via truck to the port. There, we expertly weld the pieces together, forming a complete unit. Then, this full equipment will be shipped to the Shanghai port, ready for export across the seas.
