Vertical external coil heating storage tanks are mainly used for heating and storing liquids or gases. It usually consists of a vertical storage tank and an external heating coil. The heating coil transfers heat energy to the liquid or gas in the storage tank by conducting heat, thereby reaching the required temperature.
1. Heating storage liquid: Vertical external coil heating storage tanks can transfer heat energy to the liquid inside the tank through the heating coil to reach the required temperature. This is very important for processes that require the storage and heating of liquids, such as chemical reactions, pharmaceutical production, food processing, etc.
2. Heating and storing gas: Vertical external coil heating storage tanks can also be used for heating and storing gas. By transferring heat energy to the gas inside the storage tank through heating coils, the temperature of the gas can be increased to meet specific process requirements. This is very important for processes that require heating and storage of gases, such as petroleum refining and natural gas processing.
