Pharmaceutical stirring reactor is a type of equipment used in the pharmaceutical industry, mainly used for the mixing, dissolution, reaction, crystallization, concentration, drying and other process of drugs.
Specific uses include:
1. Drug mixing: Add different drug raw materials to the reaction kettle and mix them thoroughly through stirring for subsequent process treatment.
2. Drug dissolution: Add the drug raw material to the reaction kettle and dissolve it through stirring at appropriate temperature and pressure for subsequent process treatment.
3. Reaction process: Add reactants to the reaction kettle, conduct chemical reactions by stirring and controlling temperature, pressure, and other conditions to prepare the target drug.
4. Crystallization process: Control the temperature and stirring conditions in the reaction kettle to crystallize the drug in the reaction solution for subsequent separation and purification.
5. Concentration process: Concentrate the solution in the reaction kettle to remove excess solvent and water, and ensure that the drug concentration meets the requirements.
6. Drying process: The concentrated drug solution or suspension is dried in a reactor to obtain a solid drug.
