The ingredient tank is a sophisticated device featuring heating, automatic temperature control, insulation, and mixing capabilities. It's extensively utilized across various industries such as food (dairy) products, pharmaceuticals, daily chemicals, beverages, oils, chemicals, and pigments, serving as an essential intermediate buffer, storage, mixing, and blending apparatus.
The mixing tank offers superior thermal efficiency by utilizing steam heating within a jacket, seamlessly transferring heat through the tank's inner wall to sustain the required temperature for optimal operations. Simultaneously, a magnetic stirrer ensures continuous, uniform agitation, making it an indispensable asset for dairy, beverage, and pharmaceutical manufacturers. Its energy-saving design, combined with corrosion resistance, robust production capacity, ease of cleaning, and simple structure, enhances its appeal. Structure: This remarkable equipment comprises a tank body, jacket, inner liner, head, magnetic stirring device, and common system pipeline, all crafted from premium imported stainless steel conforming to GB741-80 technical conditions. Both the tank's interior and exterior are meticulously polished, and a strategically placed stirring blade facilitates efficient mixing. A top-mounted thermometer provides real-time temperature readings, while a cycloidal pin planetary reducer drives the mixing blade, ensuring consistent performance. Easy cleaning is facilitated by a disassemblable and openable tank cover. Two feeding ports enable seamless pipeline connections for various ingredients, complemented by a discharge port equipped with a plug valve for controlled material release. Post-mixing, the plug valve can be manipulated to a 90° angle for discharge, then closed for continuous uniform mixing. Optional features include a liquid level gauge or weighing device to monitor the volume or weight of materials within the tank.
