Continuous evaporation crystallizer is mainly suitable for the evaporation and crystallization of solutions with crystal precipitation, and is widely used in the chemical industry, metal mining smelting, acid pickling waste liquid in large steel plants, and wet desulfurization waste liquid treatment in power plants.
1. Industrial evaporation crystallizer: used for large-scale solution crystallization separation in industrial production, such as chemical, pharmaceutical, food and other industries. Industrial evaporation crystallizers typically have the characteristics of large capacity, high efficiency, and strong stability.
2. Multi effect evaporation crystallizer: Adopting multi-stage evaporation method, fully utilizing evaporation heat energy, improving evaporation efficiency, and saving energy. Multi effect evaporation crystallizer is suitable for crystallization separation of high concentration solutions.
3. Single effect evaporation crystallizer: Adopting a single stage evaporation method, suitable for crystallization separation of low concentration solutions.
4. Vacuum evaporation crystallizer: During the evaporation process, vacuum conditions are added to reduce the boiling point of the solution, improve the evaporation rate and crystallization efficiency. Vacuum evaporation crystallizer is suitable for the crystallization and separation of high-temperature volatile substances.
5. Solvent crystallizer: A specific solvent is used to dissolve solutes and achieve crystallization separation by evaporating the solvent. Solvent crystallizers are suitable for solutes with low solubility.
