Spiral board plate heat exchanger is a kind of high efficiency heat exchanger equipment, which is suitable for vapor to vapor, vapor to liquid, liquid to liquid and liquid to liquid heat transfer.
It is suitable for chemical, petroleum, solvent, medicine, food, light industry, textile, metallurgy, steel rolling, coking and other industries. According to the structure, it can be divided into non detachable (type I) spiral plate heat exchanger and detachable (type II, type III) spiral plate heat exchanger.

The equipment is made of two rolls forming spiral channels.Two kinds of heat transfer media can flow in full countercurrent, which greatly enhances the heat transfer effect, Even small temperature difference can achieve ideal heat transfer.
The nozzle of tangential structure with Low resistance, Due to helical channel are average curvature, There is no big liquid flow, Therefore, the design flow rate can be increased so it has high heat transfer capacity.
Type I Non detachableSpiral plateHeat exchanger's helical channel are welded and sealed, so it has high sealing performance.
Type II detachableSpiral plateHeat exchanger's Structure principle similar to above,But one of the channel can be disassembled and cleaned, especially for heat exchange with viscous and precipitated liquid.
Type III detachableSpiral plateHeat exchanger's Structure principle similar to above,But two channels can be disassembled and cleaned,ranges aremore extensive.
The nominal pressure PN of spirotal heat exchanger equipment  is 0.6, 1, 1.6 and 2.5MPa (refers to the maximum working pressure of single channel) , material can be divided into carbon steel and stainless steel.Customers can choose according to the actual process
When a single device cannot meet the requirements, multiple devices can be used in combination, but the combination must conform to the following provisions: parallel combination, series combination, equipment and channel spacing is the same. Hybrid combination: one channel in parallel, one channel in series

Nominal pressure PG is 0.6, 1.0, 1.6MPa.
The allowable working temperature of carbon steel is -20°C~250°C;
Stainless steel is -20°C~320°C.
When the equipment is selected, the fluid in the equipment channel should reach the turbulent state (general liquid flow rate) of 1m/ SEC through the appropriate process calculation; Gas velocity > 10 m/SEC. Equipment has vertical, horizontal, hanging three types of installation. For steam condensation can only be cubic. For caustic soda industry, integral heat treatment is required to eliminate stress.
