What are the purposes of the sub cylinder?
The split cylinder, also known as the split cylinder, is widely used in industries such as petrochemical, power generation, steel, cement, and construction, and is an indispensable auxiliary equipment for steam boilers.
Working principle of split cylinder
1. Gravity separation:
Solid materials in water and air media can be roughly divided into two processes in the field of waste treatment and reuse, namely gravity sedimentation and gravity separation, using the separation and sorting process based on the law of gravity movement;
2. Inertial separation:
Separation is achieved by utilizing the inertial force generated when the steam water mixture changes its flow direction;
3. Centrifuge separation:
Using the centrifugal force generated during the rotational motion of the steam water mixture for separation;
4. Water membrane separation:
The water droplets in the soda water mixture adhere to the metal wall, forming a water film that flows down and separates Mechanical separation devices generally do not simply utilize one principle of action, but rather comprehensively utilize multiple principles of action to achieve steam water separation.
