Characteristics of falling film evaporation system:
1) The feed liquid of the falling film evaporator is added from the top of the evaporator, and under the action of gravity, it forms a film and descends along the pipe wall. During this process, it evaporates and becomes concentrated, obtaining a concentrated solution at the bottom. A falling film evaporator can evaporate materials with high concentration and viscosity.
2) Due to the film like flow of the solution in a one-way evaporator, the heat transfer coefficient is relatively high.
3) Short residence time, less prone to material deterioration, suitable for handling heat sensitive materials.
