On site production of large stainless steel storage tanks:
1. Material preparation: According to the design requirements, select stainless steel materials that meet the requirements. The material should have good corrosion resistance, strength, toughness, and other properties.
2. Cutting and Forming: According to design requirements, cut stainless steel plates into corresponding shapes and perform processing such as forming, bending, etc.
3. Welding: Weld stainless steel plates to form the main structure of the storage tank. The welding process needs to pay attention to ensuring welding quality and avoiding welding deformation and other issues.
4. Surface treatment: By grinding, polishing and other surface treatment processes, the surface of the storage tank is smooth, scratch free, and free of impurities.
5. Assembly: Assemble the main structure, pipelines, valves, etc. of the storage tank together to form a complete large stainless steel storage tank.
