Evaporative crystallizers are widely used for the evaporation, concentration, and waste liquid treatment of water or organic solvent solutions in industries such as medicine, food, chemical, and light industry.
Equipment composition: This equipment is composed of heaters, forced circulation pumps, evaporation separators, crystallizers, condensers, various material pumps, condensate pumps, vacuum pumps, operating platforms, electrical instrument control cabinets, and internal pipeline valves.
Main features:
1. According to the characteristics of the material and the size of the evaporation capacity, single or multi effect evaporation units can be designed.
2. Adopting a uniquely designed crystallizer, it can meet the process requirements of continuous feeding and discharging. The forced circulation of the evaporator forms the best combination, and its internal structure allows for effective and rapid separation of crystals and clear liquid.
3. The entire process is evaporation under vacuum conditions, with relatively low temperature, fast evaporation speed, low evaporation energy consumption, and high evaporation concentration, making it easy for viscous materials to flow and evaporate without scaling. It is one of the most advanced evaporation and crystallization equipment in the world.
