PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
DMT (Dimethyl Terephthalate) decolorisation tank is the key equipment used to purify DMT crude product in chemical production, its main function is to remove impurities through physical adsorption or chemical treatment to improve the color and purity of the product. In the polyester fibre and plastics industry, the purity of DMT directly affects the quality of the final product, so the decolourisation process is crucial. Decolourisation tanks are usually made of corrosion-resistant materials (e.g. stainless steel or enamel) and are equipped with agitation, temperature control and filtration systems to ensure that the decolourising agent (e.g. activated charcoal or diatomaceous earth) comes into full contact with the DMT and adsorbs the pigments and impurities efficiently. Optimisation of process parameters (e.g. temperature, pH, amount of decolourising agent) significantly improves the decolourisation efficiency, while reducing energy consumption and costs. In addition, the application of automated control system further improves the stability and safety of the discoloration process, enabling DMT products to meet the demands of high-end applications.

TRANSPORTATION
Given the substantial dimensions of our pressure vessels, which often exceed 20,000mm (787") x 3500mm (137") x 3500mm (137") or weigh more than 40T, transportation by truck is impractical. To overcome this, we partner with a nearby port. Initially, we transport the segmented devices via truck to the port. There, we expertly weld the pieces together, forming a complete unit. Then, this full equipment will be shipped to the Shanghai port, ready for export across the seas.
