Hydrogenation reactors have the advantages of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and strong production capacity, and are widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, beverages, chemicals, pigments, resins, and scientific research. Reactors integrate reaction vessels, reaction condition control systems, and experimental equipment. They strictly regulate important parameters such as temperature, pressure, stirring, reactants/products during the reaction process.
The hydrogenation reactor is operated in a high-temperature and high-pressure hydrogen environment, and the materials entering the reactor often contain impurities such as sulfur and nitrogen, which react with hydrogen to produce corrosive hydrogen sulfide and ammonia. In addition, the hydrogenation reaction is an exothermic reaction that can increase the bed temperature, but it cannot cause local overheating.
