Product Description

Column is kind of equipment used for mass transfer, heat transfer and chemical reaction, widely used in chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical and other industries. It is divided into distillation tower, absorption tower, extraction tower, reaction tower, adsorption tower. 
Distillation tower: separate liquid mixtures based on the difference in boiling points of the components.
Absorption towers: Separate specific components of a gas mixture by means of an absorbent.
Extraction towers: use solvents to extract specific components from liquid mixtures.
Reaction Tower: A place where a chemical reaction takes place, usually equipped with a catalyst or a heating/cooling unit. Adsorption towers: Separation of specific components of a gas or liquid mixture by means of an adsorbent.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

According to internal structure, column equipment 
can be divided into plate column and packed column.

Packing Column: The column is equipped with packing 
layer at a certain height. Packing layer can be divided into 
several sections. Liquid flows down the packing surface
 in a film form as well as gas passes through the packing
 layer from bottom to top in contact with the membranous 
liquid for mass transfer. 

Format Column
The column is provided with a certain number of trays. 
The gas enters from bottom and liquid enters from the top.

TRANSPORTATION
We rent a port nearby. For pressure vessel, size is too large to transport by truck, such as over 20,000mm(787") x3500mm(137") mx3500mm(137") or weight is more than 40T. We may ship by sea.
