The evaporative condenser is an equipment with an integrated structure of a water-cooled condenser and a cooling tower. Its main function is to condense the hot refrigerant gas discharged by the compressor into a saturated liquid. The refrigerant flows inside the evaporative condenser tube, with a thin layer of water film covering the surface. The outer layer of the tube flows with cooling air, which includes two parts: mass transfer and convective heat transfer. It is a complex process that combines heat and mass exchange. The cooling water is sent to the upper part of the condensing coil by the circulating water pump, and is sprayed onto the outer surface of the condensing tube group through a nozzle to form a water film that flows downwards. As some of the water in the water film evaporates, it absorbs heat and condenses the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant vapor inside the tube into a liquid. Air enters from below the box and flows upwards along the lower part of the condenser tube group, taking away the water vapor outside the condenser tube. When the temperature of the air is lower than the water temperature, it can also play a certain cooling role. The water that has not evaporated still returns to the tank bottom pool, and a float valve is used to maintain a certain water level, which is then circulated for operation.
