Product Description

The main purpose of horizontal heat exchangers is to exchange heat between different media, thereby achieving temperature control. They are widely used in various industrial fields such as petroleum, chemical, power, food, etc.
Horizontal heat exchangers can be mainly divided into the following categories:
1. Shell and tube heat exchanger: This is a common type of heat exchanger, consisting of two parts: a tube bundle and a shell. The fluid in the tube bundle undergoes heat exchange with the fluid in the shell. According to the connection method between the tube plate and the shell, it can also be subdivided into fixed tube plate type, floating head type, U-shaped tube type, etc.
2. Plate heat exchanger: This type of heat exchanger mainly consists of a series of thin plates and gaskets, which exchange heat through channels between the plates. Plate heat exchangers have the advantages of small size and high heat exchange efficiency, but cleaning and maintenance are relatively difficult.
3. Air cooler: mainly used for cooling high-temperature, high-pressure, flammable, and explosive gases in industries such as petroleum, chemical, and power. Its characteristic is the use of air as a cooling medium, which is safe and environmentally friendly.
4. Evaporative cooler: mainly used for cooling water or other non corrosive fluids. Its advantage is high cooling efficiency, which can effectively save water resources
