Tank body: The inner liner of the tank body is generally made of 304 or 316L stainless steel material, with a mirror polished inner surface Ra ≤ 0.28um~0.6um, ensuring sterile operation and high-precision temperature control.
Insulation layer: In order to prevent heat loss, pre extraction water tanks are usually equipped with insulation layers, which help maintain stable water temperature and improve extraction efficiency.
Anti overflow design: Due to the high water content in the pre extraction water tank, overflow may occur in special circumstances. Therefore, many pre extraction water tanks are designed with anti overflow devices to prevent moisture from entering components such as insulation cotton.
In practical operation, the workflow of the pre extraction water tank is as follows:
Slice preprocessing: After separating the ultra long slices and powder in a vibrating screen, the slices are placed in a slice water storage tank for pre extraction.
Water cycle: The extraction water from the top of the extraction tower enters the pre extraction water tank, is filtered and heated before being sent back to the extraction tower.
Continuous extraction: Part of the extracted water returns to the pre extraction water tank from the upper part of the extraction tower, while the other part enters the extraction water evaporation process for recovery.
