Split cylinder is an efficient and energy-saving engine structure, which is based on the basic principles of a four stroke engine. It improves the efficiency and performance of the engine by dividing a large cylinder into multiple small cylinders. This structure can automatically switch cylinders under different loads and speeds, thereby achieving better fuel economy and emission performance.
The working principle of the split cylinder is based on the basic principles of a four stroke engine, namely intake, compression, combustion, and exhaust. In the split cylinder structure, each small cylinder has its own intake and exhaust system, which can independently carry out these processes. When the engine requires more power, multiple small cylinders can work simultaneously, providing greater output power. When driving at low loads and low speeds, only one small cylinder operates, which can reduce fuel consumption and emissions.
