Conical stirred tanks are widely used in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, food, beverage, and daily chemical. In the chemical industry, conical stirred tanks are commonly used to store and stir liquid chemicals such as solvents, acids, and alkalis. In the pharmaceutical industry, conical stirred tanks are used for storing and mixing pharmaceutical raw materials, such as powders, liquids, etc. In the food and beverage industry, conical stirred tanks are commonly used to store and stir food ingredients such as juices, sauces, etc.
Conical stirred tank is a common industrial equipment, which is mainly used for mixing, stirring and storing Tween, lotion, suspension, powder and other materials. The working principle is as follows:
1. The conical stirring tank is equipped with an agitator inside. When the agitator starts to rotate, strong shear and turbulence will occur, causing the material to mix and stir under the action of the agitator.
2. The conical bottom design is conducive to material mixing and stirring, making the stirred material more uniform and also conducive to material discharge.
3. Conical stirring tanks are usually equipped with heating and cooling devices, which can control the temperature of materials to meet the processing needs of different materials.
4. By controlling the speed and mixing time of the mixer, the degree of material mixing can be adjusted to meet different production needs.
