1. Heating liquid or gas: The outer coil tube heats the storage tank by passing the heating medium (such as steam, hot water, etc.) through the outer coil tube, transferring heat to the liquid or gas inside the storage tank, thereby increasing its temperature. This heating method can quickly and evenly transfer heat to the medium inside the storage tank, improving heating efficiency.
2. Insulation: External coil heating storage tanks usually have a certain insulation layer, which can effectively reduce heat loss and improve heat utilization efficiency. By the presence of an insulation layer, the medium inside the storage tank can maintain a certain temperature for a long time, thereby meeting production or process requirements.
3. Storage: External coil heated storage tanks can serve as storage equipment for liquids or gases, storing the heated medium for future use. Storage tanks usually have a certain capacity and can be adjusted as needed.
