The light tower condenser is a commonly used chemical equipment used to condense light components from steam or gas into liquid. It usually consists of a condenser body, a cooling medium supply system, and a condensate collection system.
The classification of light tower condensers mainly includes the following:
1. Shell and tube condenser: Shell and tube condenser is one of the most common types of condenser. It consists of a shell and multiple internal pipes, through which steam or gas flows, while the cooling medium flows through the shell, achieving condensation through heat transfer between the shells.
2. Tube bundle condenser: A tube bundle condenser is a type of condenser that combines multiple tubes together to form a tube bundle. Steam or gas flows through the tubes in the tube bundle, while the cooling medium flows outside the tube bundle, achieving condensation through heat transfer on the tube wall.
3. Tube plate condenser: A tube plate condenser combines multiple tubes and plates to form a unit. Steam or gas flows through the tubes, while the cooling medium flows between the plates, achieving condensation through heat transfer between the plates.
